What will the day entail?
🎭 Drama & Storytelling
Children will dive into the stories of Oz – building characters, learning lines, and exploring emotions through improvisation, role-play and mini scenes. They'll reimagine moments from Wicked and The Wizard of Oz – and even create their own original scenes.
🎶 Singing the Songs of Oz
From "Defying Gravity" to "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," children will learn iconic songs in a group setting, building vocal confidence and learning to sing with expression and teamwork.
💃 Dance the Magic
Each day includes a fun, energetic dance session where children learn choreography inspired by the musicals – from Emerald City swing to witchy pop power moves!
🎨 Creative Oz-Time
Between rehearsals, children design props, masks or costume elements – from wands to wizard hats and poppy field flowers – helping bring their characters and scenes to life on stage.
🌟 End-of-Week Showcase
On the final day, children take to the stage in a joyful, family-friendly performance. Featuring group songs, dances, and scenes from the land of Oz, the show is a magical celebration of everything they’ve learned and created.
